Sumo still

I just had to put more in from today at Chuo Elementary. Sumo was fun for all of the kids;even the handful who did cry! Actually, several did! The boys are watching the others in the ring (dohyou). Noah boy is the fluffy-haired one. He forgot to bring along his guitar for intermission! Noah does not want ANYONE to see him! Notice the tie, and how it is folded.

What a day we had at sumo! My first time to actually be there. Alex even had a chance to be part of the group. We got a bunch of shots! Baby made new friends too! I am sure it is a culture shock to see all Japanese kids wearing mawashi! Kids actually cannot go to the bathroom. At least our kid did not attempt! Noah looks a bit shy to show his bod though. He
keeps everything under wraps!

Tsubanai Farm

Here we have 2 naughty boys at the farm. Little boy is not so nice to doggy. He seems to think dogs enjoy stone throwing.

Sumo Tournament

6:00 wake up today for Alex. 5:00 for the boy who didn't do homework. This is the first morning in Ninohe. The boys were just dropped off for the sumo tournament. 21 will go from Noah's school. The boys took lunches wrapped in hanky's.

Nakayama farm boy

Baby is working with dad again. He usually goes with daddy everyday on this route or that . He sleeps thinking of baby piggy! I love the way he's holding this one.

Misawa

On the way home from Misawa we were able to see a torii entry. I have always liked these huge
wooden beams. The downtown photo shows how beat up the city
shopping area is. Maybe 30 years ago it was filled with opened
shops like kimono, clothing, hanko, sushi, fish, meat, handbags etc. Now most are gone, and the buildings are deserted.

As we drove, we were near fields of tobacco and rice. I was so lucky to get a photo of more wild fuji!

The American Day in Misawa

What a miserable day! More rain today! I think many people who would've come, stayed home because of the non-stop rain.
Jas does not look happy. She asked to go home 30 min. after arriving. They had a band, and the food was a bit simple compared to the other time we visited. I am happy that we went though. At least we made the effort.

Noahs new XBOX360 games!

My new games finally came!!!!! The games are LOST PLANET extreme condition, and CALL OF DUTY 4 modern warfare!!!! CAll OF DUTY 4 is my first M for mature game, and I think it will be the best one too! I began to play the game LOST PLANET, but I haven't been able to start the game CALL OF DUTY 4 just yet! I think I will save the best for last!!!! The game LOST PLANET is so awesome!!!!!! I was playing it for 5 minutes, and I was really really impressed that capcon could make such a great game. I am on mission 5 at the moment! I not stop until I finish the game!!!!!! CALL OF DUTY 4 looks amazing! I saw a GT review, and I loved every moment of it!!!! I also wanted to tell you guys what games I will get next to complete my game collection! The games are HALO 3, BROTHERS IN ARMS HELLS HIGHWAY, MEDAL OF HONOR AIRBORNE, HOUR OF VICTORY, NARNIA PRINCE CASPIAN, GHOST RECON ADVANCED WAR FIGHTER, and a few more. I really really really want to thank Microsoft for their great gaming system!! Thanks Microsoft I really like the XBOX360. I am sorry for writing such a long blog. The Iwate Kodomono Mori

This is a place called kodomonomori! It was a really fun place to go. I also played tag with my little sister Jasmine. I won!!!!!!! We also put on some wigs! Just to be funny.
